There is some another way also for attestation. It is important to mention that the attestation or apostille from General Administrative Department (GAD), Regional Attestation Center (RAC) from the respective state is optional not compulsion prior to UAE Embassy in New Delhi or UAE Consulate in Mumbai Attestation. The original Educational DegreesCertificates are required to complete the Attestation procedure from UAE Embassy in New Delhi or UAE Consulate in Mumbai along with passport photocopy of Degree Certificate holder.
